3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any information changes, you must update your profile promptly. mr138 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate registration information.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted under your credentials is your sole responsibility.
4.1 mr138 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other payment methods listed on the deposit page from time to time. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.2 Deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If third-party funding is detected, mr138 reserves the right to void bets placed with such funds and close the account.
4.3 All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering ("AML") screening. mr138 may request additional documentation before crediting or releasing any funds where AML obligations require.
4.4 Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. mr138 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own fees.
5.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and all applicable wagering requirements being satisfied.
5.2 mr138 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 30 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
5.3 mr138 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension pending compliance.
5.4 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. General bonus conditions include minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and expiry dates.
6.2 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.3 mr138 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotional offer has been claimed in error or under false pretences, mr138 may reclaim the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.4 Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, or payment method is permitted. mr138 employs detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse.
7.1 All bets placed on mr138 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event. Rules are available within each game or betting section of the platform.
7.2 Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where the platform provides a dedicated cash-out feature for that market, and subject to that feature's specific rules.
7.3 mr138 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed on an event whose outcome was already known; (b) the bet was placed using a system error or erroneous odds; (c) the bet is suspected to have been placed in connection with match-fixing or fraud; or (d) the bet violates any applicable rule of the relevant sport or game provider.
7.4 Maximum win limits apply per bet, per event, and per day as set by mr138 from time to time. These limits are published in the relevant sportsbook and casino sections.
8.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on mr138 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mr138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 mr138's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 mr138 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. You use it at your own risk.
12.1 mr138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, cheating, or prohibited conduct; (b) the member has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) the member is found to be under 21; or (d) required by law, regulatory authority, or licensing obligation.
12.2 Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, mr138 may forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach (e.g., voluntary closure), the remaining real-money balance (excluding un-met bonus funds) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.
13.1 mr138 may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided at least 7 days in advance via the platform or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.2 If you do not accept amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao under mr138's international gaming licence issued by the Curaçao licensing authority.
